MxS-HAT is an Industrial grade Hardware Attached on Top (HAT) specifically designed for Single Board Computers with a Raspberry PI compatible, 40 pin header. It provides essential analog/digital frontend and Analog to Digital conversion for industrial sensor and communication interfaces. It comes with Kernel/user space application software for realization of diverse data acquisition and control applications. A range of addon boards are supported that provide capability extension.

Product Offerings:

RTMxS-HAT Hardware Board with 40 pin Raspberry PI compatible header.
Software driver and configurable user space application to collect, store and processes sensor data, implement control, and provide server/cloud connectivity for view, AI/Machine Learning based analysis and prediction.
Peripheral bus (SPI and I2C) 6 pin Board to Board connector with cables for compatible addon boards for capability extension.
Additional option of compatible add on Boards that extend capabilities of the HAT.

Application Software

MxS HAT comes with application software built for the Rasberry PI OS and is ready for end deployment. The software includes drivers, application, server/cloud connectivity and config files for configuring the application. The application provides all features of data acquisition, bi/unipolar sensor selection, entry of polinomial sensor equation, selection of isolated digital inputs, pwm outputs, analog D/A channels, TTL input channels etc. The application provides Client/Server with MessagePack data interchange format for information exchange with 3^rd party applications. All on board preipherals are accessible via this interface. Example code is provided for 3^rd party application development. The soft interfaces for data and capability exchange allow customers to build and develop their own applications, leveraging on the base hardware and software.

The Core software provides support for all addons with no additional installations required. The addons are also configurable through config files provided with the core software.

The addon board section implements fast paced development cycle, thus meeting customer requirements of interfaces and capability enhancements as they arise.
